Pennant House and their affiliates provide their services to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions and all of the policies incorporated by reference ("Policies").

These terms and conditions together with the Policies constitute the entire agreement between Pennant House and the user and supersede and cancel all prior agreements, claims, representations and understandings.

You are an adult (at least 18 or 21) as legislated in your country and can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law.
You have familiarised yourself with our returns policy and shipping information.
You have read and understood the Disclaimer.
You are familiar with the customs policies of your country and agree that you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws which may restrict the importation of certain goods and that you alone will be responsible for payment of any present or future tax or impost, duty or charge which may be imposed or assessed by any relevant regulatory authority on the goods purchased on the site.
All prices quoted on the site exclude Australian Goods and Services Tax. GST is added on completion of order.
You understand that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pennant House makes no warranties of any kind whatsoever whether express or implied, and specifically no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and in no event shall Pennant House be liable, whether in contract or tort for any damages to the user in respect of economic loss, any loss or damage to property or death or injury to any person of whatever nature and however or wherever sustained that arises out of or is in any way connected with the purchase or delivery of any product.
Where any condition or warranty cannot be excluded under applicable legislation Pennant House's liability for breach of condition or warranty shall be limited to either: (a) replacing the product; or (b) crediting the cost of the product to the user. In no event shall Pennant House be liable for exemplary, special or consequential damages or losses or loss of profits.
Whilst this site is hosted in the Western Australia, Australia, you agree that the laws of the Australian Capital Territory will govern this site and the sale and purchase of any goods from this site. By using this site you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this site or the sale and purchase of any goods from this site will be filed only in territory or federal courts located in the Australian Capital Territory and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
The site or any portion of the site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Pennant House.
Logos and images are copyrighted to Pennant House and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Pennant House in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Pennant House.
Pennant House and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation if Pennant House believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Pennant House and its affiliates.
The site may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. When ordering from Pennant House you are the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to investigate and ensure that you can lawfully import the goods you order.

DELIVERY DETAILS
All delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves Pennant House. Orders are usually processed within 50 business hours. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 50 business hours to process your order, one of our staff will notify you with details.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
For Australian orders, a freight fee of AUD$13.20 inc.GST( Express Post ) is charged. (Based on single flag purchase only. Special items such as poles, stands, banners etc will incur extra freight costs due to extra weight and/or extra cubic size.) Deliveries are charged on cubic size and weight so large orders may incur an extra charge. You will be notified of any extra costs.

Within Australia, your order can be expected within 10 working days for metropolitan areas, and 10-15 working days for regional areas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped outside of Australia are charged at AUD$32.50 ( Insured Air mail ). (Based on single flag purchase only. Special items such as poles, stands, banners etc will incur extra freight costs due to extra weight and/or extra cubic size.) Deliveries are charged on cubic size and weight so large orders may incur an extra charge. You will be notified of any extra costs.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. To major destinations, delivery will take 6-21 days. For other destinations delivery will take 14-35 days.

SECURITY
Pennant House utilises Thwarte SSL for high level security in taking and receiving orders. This provides a safe and secure connection between us and you whilst completing transactions. Though the use of SSL certificates infinitely reduces the risk of outside users gaining transaction details, due to the nature of the internet all transactions are completed at the end users own risk and no liability is held by Pennant House on any online service provided. If you are concerned about credit card fraud and other online transaction issues, we advise you to complete the transaction via our simple alternative methods, either phone order, mail order or by visiting our showroom.
